Recognise exact node.VMID.name notes on Root PBS snapshots so a newer completed CT backup can replace an older name-only match. Keep colliding VMIDs fail-closed when node and name do not distinguish connections, and cover completed and in-flight attribution for Pulse #2292.

Contract-Neutral: Preserve backup attribution safety without changing API fields, persisted shapes, or source contracts.
