The shared probe must release the health mutex for first-use trust. Retain the prior single construction boundary so joined readers do not duplicate capture and password login. The actual TLS concurrency control checks eight ordinary reads and nonblocking health inspection.

Contract-Neutral: Preserve existing serialized lazy client construction while releasing only the health and trust mutex for first-use capture; no wire, authority, configuration or consumer contract changes.
