Retain exact Delivery commits 3c9a102e83 and 4e79e047f4. Review confirms both inventory producers and their installer/update consumers propagate uncertainty before service mutation; retained production-shell and parent controls cover the changed behavior. No claim is made about the unexplained LXC stop or installed recovery. Whole-suite proof remains unavailable after pre-execution capacity refusal, and ordinary required CI remains enforced.
