The two CI attempts for release preparation #3065 failed in fixture setup: the PTY signalled a running Bash reader before input setup completed, and an HTTP fixture inherited an earlier origin's uncertainty cooldown when an ephemeral port was reused. Wait for noncanonical, silent terminal input and a blocked Linux reader before signalling. Isolate the shared guest-agent registry per serial HTTP scenario while retaining admission sharing across its clients and aliases. Move the existing isolation helper to the shared fixture file and update its callers. Production guard and installer code are unchanged. Both new regressions reproduce the old failures before the fixture fixes. Retain those failures and the earlier unsuccessful compile proof. Source test stabilization is separate from release qualification and publication. Refs #3065
