Use stable disk-family chart entries so missing current SMART or temperature fields cannot hide stored observations, and matching snapshots do not remount charts or restart reads. Preserve existing identity, live collection status and entitlement boundaries; cover cancellation, measured zero, empty series and desktop/phone presentation.
