The connected 32-case matrix and original-age controls now pass. The older healthy-guest fixture sat exactly at the two-minute boundary and legitimately selected the restored original-source path instead of its expected healthy fallback note. Place that distinct fallback control at three minutes, preserving both windows and assertions. Contract-Neutral: Test fixture chooses the intended existing healthy-guest branch; runtime, thresholds, deadlines and provenance contracts are unchanged. Change-source: pulse-maintainer
