Capture the resolved alert before asynchronous callbacks and carry its start/end identity through monitor recovery. Cancel only that occurrence in grouping, cooldown and persistent firing rows, retaining newer incidents, operational links, destination receipts and failed attempts. Keep the explicit identifier-wide cancellation API and legacy callback IDs. Add snapshot, restart and connected queue-to-HTTP regression controls.
