Ephemeral alert managers intentionally leave the durable event store off. Enable the same existing store as monitoring bootstrap and require both original fired occurrences before asserting handover events and served History. The current monitor timeline, vet and real frontend/embed/server/agent build observations remain retained; runtime and frontend bytes are unchanged.
