Recovery eligibility depends on both the original destination and the firing occurrence. Existing restart coverage exercises webhooks, but did not directly protect email and Apprise key normalisation from configuration ordering changes or accidental mutation. Add pure-function regression checks for equivalent and changed destinations, incomplete identities and nanosecond-separated recurrences without requiring network delivery or database fixtures.
