Current 390px consuming pixels showed the free-tier notice still inside a two-line sales gate, clipping the phone-alert alternatives. Use the shared labelled InlineNotice for that existing guidance, retain the entitled configuration and pairing controls, and target the actual notice rather than the hidden mobile page subtitle.
