Reject impossible physical counters and overflowing cache estimates. Keep the original trusted source through repeated failed/negative-cache polls within the unchanged observation-age and capacity fences, instead of clearing the incident on an independent provider fallback after one retained poll. Exercise all eight refusals through both collectors and both HTTP clients, original percentage/byte History, backup admission, real alert decisions, valid recovery and measured zero. Preserve TLS, operation locks, shared uncertainty, deadlines and native recovery exclusions. This completes the original guest-memory outcome coherently, not a replay of source-xubz2c16.
