Stage both enumeration routes' guest readings, snapshots, alerts, backup eligibility and History until their complete cycle is admitted. Retirement, runtime replacement and transport changes cancel obsolete reads and serialize state withdrawal against admitted effects without holding the monitor mutex through callbacks. Retain authoritative inventory after detail-budget expiry, independent agents and accepted cache safety; cancellation is not command completion.
