Consume the bounded response through EOF before admitting nodes or a cluster probe. Reject missing, ambiguous and incomplete inventories without leaking response details, retain scoped empty arrays and provider metadata, and cover trusted startup, recovery, cached reads and consuming endpoint projection. Change-source: pulse-maintainer Contract-Neutral: Tightens existing node-inventory and recovery-health admission without changing the public response schema, API surface, permissions, TLS or guest-command policy.
