The protected installer change still leaves required rest steps at 603 and 895 seconds. Reuse the existing contiguous API selector for monitoring and installer slices, with source-listed coverage and measured scheduling hints. Preserve test order, complete recorder admission, timeouts, race checks and the existing worker envelope.

Contract-Neutral: CI scheduling only; no product runtime, public contract, coverage, platform requirement or safety-assertion change.
