Use the shared bounded response and envelope admission for the outer datastore inventory before exclusions or child reads. Contradictory/error-bearing envelopes and partial success cannot remove retained backup evidence. Preserve HTML guidance, payload-free diagnostics and genuine empty discovery.

Exercise both guest types through the public poll, live cache, durable points and protection, including cold live state and ordinary complete/empty recovery. Keep original guest operations stopped.
