rcourtman 844e1dbb97 Say a reviewed Patrol issue stays reviewed when suppression ends
Ending a suppression puts the alert in Acknowledged when it is
acknowledged and in Open otherwise (unsuppressOperationalAlert), and
Acknowledged is not active attention. The attention detail still
promised otherwise for an issue marked reviewed and then suppressed:
its early-end button read "Return to active attention", the
handled-view notice read "Returned to decision inbox", and the
suppression form offered "Return it to active attention after", while
the issue went back to Reviewed.

The duration label and the early-end button now follow the detail's
operationalRecord.acknowledgement, which the backend derives from
alert.Acknowledged: "End suppression after" and "End suppression" for
a reviewed issue, the existing copy for an unreviewed one. The notice
reads the item's state from the reload that follows the change instead
of that snapshot, so it reports "Suppression ended. It stays reviewed."
only when the item really is Acknowledged, even if the review was
removed elsewhere after the detail loaded.

Contract-Neutral: No api-contracts or frontend-primitives delta: Patrol lifecycle copy only, no API payload or shared primitive change; patrol-intelligence.md carries the note
