Reconstitute the exact runtime and executable proof from Core 4651beb4
without importing its broad unlanded history. The four affected source
files still match that fix parent byte-for-byte. Preserve current
subsystem contracts while inserting the existing typed-filter
obligations.
Boolean true and false survive MCP HTTP projection; path and private
metadata, supported value types, write bodies and authentication stay
bounded.
