rcourtman 82327bec18 Keep connection alerts running after a monitor reload (#3024) 
The connection-degraded snapshot lister was installed once in
`setupRoutes`, on the startup monitor only. A full monitor reload (for
example after node auto-registration) builds a new default monitor and
reattaches it through `Router.SetMonitor` and `SetMultiTenantMonitor`,
neither of which installed a lister, so `checkConnectionAlerts` returned
early on every tick from then until restart: wedged connections raised
no alerts and active connection alerts were never re-evaluated or
resolved.

The lister is now installed from `configureMonitorDependencies`, which
every attach path already runs (startup, `SetMonitor`, the multi-tenant
initializer), bound to the monitor being attached. Non-default tenant
monitors still get none; per-org connection alerts remain future work.

`TestConnectionAlertsSurviveMonitorReload` replays the `pkg/server`
reload sequence against a wedged TrueNAS fixture and waits for the
replacement monitor's own poll loop to raise the alert. It fails on
`main` and passes with this change.

Internal API Package

This directory contains the API server implementation for Pulse.

Important Note About frontend-modern/

The frontend-modern/ subdirectory that appears here is:

  • AUTO-GENERATED during builds
  • NOT the source code - just a build artifact
  • IN .gitignore - never committed
  • REQUIRED BY GO - The embed directive needs it here

Frontend Development Location

👉 Edit frontend files at: ${PULSE_REPOS_DIR}/pulse/frontend-modern/src/

Why This Structure?

Go's //go:embed directive has limitations:

  1. Cannot use ../ paths to access parent directories
  2. Cannot follow symbolic links
  3. Must embed files within the Go module

This is a known Go limitation and our structure works around it.
