rcourtman 79afff8ba2 test: Add invalid value tests for MemoryStatus.UnmarshalJSON 
Test error handling for JSON parsing edge cases:
- Invalid JSON syntax
- Unsupported field types (bool, array, object)
- Unparseable string values

Improves coverage from 70.0% to 83.3%.
