Initial password authentication has one owner and must end with its constructor. Keep its complete JSON/form exchange within the caller and client timeout. Retained-session renewal still serves concurrent readers independently of any one caller's cancellation. Retain generation-based coalescing and the shared parser, exercise both initial encodings under the client timeout, and document the ownership boundary alongside existing startup and cluster cancellation controls. Retain the failed CI and reproduced baseline in the existing reliability record while final-source qualification remains open.
