Concurrent calls with the same tool name could collapse pending activity or remove a sibling approval. Deep transcript reconciliation also mutated shared tool objects when status rows disappeared, replacing earlier evidence with a later result. Match supplied invocation IDs strictly and key immutable message rows without reconciling their nested evidence. Add regressions for both causes and record desktop, intermediate and narrow browser replay of all 23 captured tool results. Record the healthy and dependency model qualification limits separately from renderer and fixture-cleanup proof.
