A deployed agent's first run gave the remote config client, the updater, and the Docker / Podman and Kubernetes modules the bootstrap token, which only the host module exchanged. Pulse revokes that token on exchange, so those clients failed with 401 until the service restarted. Enroll once at startup and build every module from the runtime token and the server-assigned agent ID.
