Isolate Core's completed 7b633c75 repair from its obsolete containing
history. Preserve the contributor's twenty-second default and positive
whole-refresh override without logging raw invalid environment input,
with registered lifecycle, cancellation, cached-inventory and
serial-dispatch controls plus configuration guidance. Current VMware
runtime and test files still match the original parent exactly; preserve
all later unrelated contracts and documentation.
