Adopt the five frontend maintenance constituents of #2426 against current source, retaining PMG counters, source health, server action refusals and technology through REST projection. Pin stale, failed and removed evidence at the real lifecycle consumer without inventing command grants. Preserve native storage vocabulary and shared-location identity, expose the fullest measured disk in Bars, and keep Docker phone columns and disclosure evidence usable. The production-component browser pass caught a clipped phone Swarm rollout label; wrap that state and compact the Running header, preserving raw keyboard/touch disclosure evidence. Include dependent subsystem contracts, connected regressions and the owning-parent browser receipt. The unchanged dependency advisory and returned backend compiler/native proof remain separate unfinished work.
