Add a connected canonical guest/drawer/Docs and read-only RBAC recovery fixture, with explicit parent accessibility controls. The new primitive regression exposes the absent phone sizing, persistent action affordance and deterministic keyboard focus. The following repair completes the candidate; no native recovery is simulated.
