Distinguish PVE and PBS loading, failed and fulfilled inventories. Keep independent evidence usable, provide isolated retry, and withdraw prior inventory on organisation changes without new polling or caching. Preserve server health and canonical protection posture while marking incomplete counts. Cover lifecycle and recovery with mounted regressions, production-component browser proof and subsystem contracts.
