pulse-triage[bot] 35bb23bebf Use saved credentials in copied agent removal commands

Separate Unix and Windows removal from installation-token state across the installer, source manager and removed Agent Doctor handoffs. Preserve saved connection, canonical identity and trust, bypass ambient installation credentials, and keep install private-input/preflight behaviour unchanged. Bind command regressions and parent/final desktop and phone browser evidence; retain Windows installer failure-retention with Delivery.
