Retain the complete last-known memory value from the scoped guest snapshot only while the original successful QGA cache supports its values and age. Keep deferrals labelled previous-snapshot without renewing cache timestamps or memory History.

Exercise repeated locks after ordinary cache expiry through unified resource views, with provenance, identity, capacity and expiration controls plus fresh unlocked resumption. Native freeze-race qualification remains separate.
