The scheduled release dry run reached its reusable demo resolver before checkout, so the output helper was absent and the no-mutation demo check failed. Move the credential-free checkout ahead of resolution, guard the ordering in install tests, and record that precondition in the deployment-installability contract. Change-source: pulse-maintainer
