Final facet access failures must not re-display embedded or unfiltered history. Retain transient snapshots, and show failed action reads with an available retry rather than false empty/loaded states. Preserve the existing unavailable-plan client boundary. Add rejecting parent controls and desktop/touch browser proof. Change-source: pulse-maintainer
