Repeated transfer refusals duplicated persistent dialog feedback in foreground, inert toasts that obscured phone forms. Keep errors, token validation and saved-token status with the active dialog, allow its contents to scroll, and retain an original-workspace completion notice instead of hiding it. Preserve explicit-only dispatch, scope checks, uncertain-outcome guidance and closed-dialog success confirmations. Registered consuming tests and desktop/narrow browser proof cover the complete interaction.
