Stream every nested result field without imposing a new uniqueness policy on completed filesystem measurements. Existing counter validation retains unusable/partial results without a cooldown; a later null or case alias cannot erase an earlier foreign interface field. Correct the legacy HTTP-200 error-payload assertion to the documented unverified-completion behavior.

Contract-Neutral: Restore the documented completed-measurement semantics and strengthen tests of existing foreign-reply refusal; no additional contract delta.
