Its dedicated regression tests, both parent-production controls, full Proxmox race result and focused monitoring race/vet receipts support the existing counter invariant repair. The broad monitoring timeout remains adverse evidence, not whole-suite acceptance; native QEMU-only recovery and containing publication remain separate.
