rcourtman 2adadf7c1c Order the endpoint step as address, then name ...

PR 2979 moved Endpoint URL ahead of Node Name in the add-node form, but
the connection sequence above it still summarised the first step as
"Name and API address", so the summary asked for the fields in the old
order. It now reads "API address and name".
