The full-export response includes populated identity arrays, so its route fixture must not inherit the empty response's never-array inference. Keep both payload shapes type-checked without suppressing compiler diagnostics. Contract-Neutral: Integration fixture typing only; no runtime, API, permissions or product contract change.
