Reuse the existing per-case endpoint namespace helper for guest HTTP-status tests so a recycled loopback address cannot inherit another fixture's intentional uncertainty fence. Keep diagnostic and cluster clients within each fixture on the same identity, preserving all runtime cooldown rules. A shared-listener control reproduces the old bare-endpoint failure and verifies independent first commands plus unchanged earlier fences. Targeted and full Proxmox tests pass. Record this separate test-stabilization slice.
