Select the ten outstanding non-storage updates from managed proposal 3056 and their seven transitive updates without importing its compiler downgrade, storage changes or checksum pruning. Preserve Go 1.26.10, x/net 0.60.0 and the aligned Kubernetes graph. Extend existing manifest-floor proof; exact-graph runtime acceptance remains required after dependency acquisition.

Contract-Neutral: Selected dependency versions and existing internal graph-admission floors only; no runtime API, wire format, permission, deployment interface or installer contract changes.
