Align the portal runner and mocker with the main UI's 4.1.12 security floor and retain its generated source binding. Keep the already repaired main-UI dependency graph unchanged. Use the updated integration checker without dropping WCAG assertions: desktop and mobile labels now contain their visible badge text, with mixed alert severity retained in the accessible description. Add maintained floor and naming coverage and bind the consuming desktop/phone proof to this parent. Change-source: pulse-maintainer
