Merge exact Delivery tip c592c69b4d, including 82f6257d45. Resolve the overlapping formatter guard by retaining canonical main's stronger GuestMemoryEvidence assertion. Preserve automatic complete suite discovery, existing recipe deadlines and the fail-closed required backend check. Retained source-bk4g0rip covers 93 available suites; historical Git context and hosted timing remain explicit limits.
