Release preparation #3065 failed on two fixture boundaries: the PTY could signal Bash before its read setup finished, and a guest-agent HTTP case could inherit a previous fixture’s cooldown after ephemeral port reuse. Wait for the actual blocked reader and isolate the registry per serial HTTP scenario, retaining shared admission across clients and aliases within each scenario. Controlled regressions fail before the fixes and pass afterward, covering premature signal delivery and inherited cooldown state. This changes test fixtures only and preserves the production installer, guest-agent safeguards and release qualification controls. Validation: - Full config API and Proxmox packages passed on Linux. - Real BusyBox input and blocked-reader regression passed five repetitions. - Guest-agent tests passed with the race detector. - Status and subsystem registry audits passed.
