Settings > Infrastructure lists each connection with a health state and a
Manage button, but nothing pointed to where its data appears. A user saw
their PBS as Active there and could not find it anywhere in monitoring,
because PBS servers live under Proxmox > Backups (#2905).

A connected API system's name now links to its page: Proxmox VE to the
Proxmox overview, PBS to Proxmox > Backups, Mail Gateway to Proxmox >
Mail Gateway, vCenter, TrueNAS, Docker and Kubernetes to theirs. Agent
hosts and availability checks get no link, because an agent appears on
different pages depending on what it runs. The link is underlined at
rest so touch users can see it, works in read-only mode, and leaves the
width-budgeted Actions column unchanged.
