An unfamiliar 4xx from an intermediary does not establish QGA command completion. Keep supported terminal refusals and command-bound HTTP 500 rejections as errors; retain the shared uncertainty fence for other statuses. Cover all six readers, configured aliases, independent guests, resumption and connected last-known History without changing ordinary API reads or backup locks.
