pulse-triage[bot] 21a32dbf86 Fail closed when local pre-push source reads fail
Require complete Git scope, parent, trailer and file observations before checking committed source. Keep ordinary dirty-tree exits distinct from read errors, retain every failing canonical commit, and stop before expensive source checks when admission is already blocked. Fault-injection controls exercise empty and partial reads alongside the successful Go, type-check and browser-guard path.

Contract-Neutral: Local pre-push orchestration only; product contracts and the required source, audit and browser checks are unchanged.

# Fast local validation before pushing to main. CI takes 10+ minutes to
# deliver a verdict; this catches the common failure classes in a few:
#
# 1. bounded strict audit when the frontend dependency graph or runner changed
# 2. canonical completion guard (contract/verification coupling, per commit)
# 3. final frontend browser receipt coverage (same range semantics as CI)
# 4. guard/registry snapshot tests when the subsystem registry changed
# 5. mutation registry audits (fail closed on unclassified API routes)
# 6. compilation plus tests for the Go packages the outgoing commits touch
# 7. frontend type-check when frontend-modern changed (dependencies required)
#
# Usage: scripts/dev-prepush.sh [base-ref]
# base-ref defaults to origin/main. Run `git fetch origin` first for an
# accurate range. Tests here run without -race for speed; CI still runs
# the full -race suite across all packages.
