Restore the existing reporting_query REST schema repair and generation-bound History targets for issues #2077 and #2964. Keep current SCALE parsing, polling freshness, trust, access and zero/unknown semantics. Restore the registered client, resource and authenticated chart regressions; keep browser-only proof rigs out of shipped source. Contract-Neutral: Restore the existing CORE reporting and canonical History-target contracts without a new API schema, route, access or freshness contract. Current-source regressions and monitoring contract notes cover the repair. Change-source: pulse-maintainer
