Validate existing raw pool byte readings without converting absence to zero or discarding unrelated snapshot inventory. Preserve exact RPC integers and zero-valued empty/full pools, keep sources coherent, and withhold incomplete host subtotals. Connect TLS collection and scoped ingestion to memory and persistent History controls; this does not add an unsupported CORE capacity method.
