pulse-triage[bot] 4081635115 Deliver the credited MCP boolean-filter repair on current main

Reconstitute the exact runtime and executable proof from Core 4651beb4
without importing its broad unlanded history. The four affected source
files still match that fix parent byte-for-byte. Preserve current
subsystem contracts while inserting the existing typed-filter obligations.
Boolean true and false survive MCP HTTP projection; path and private
metadata, supported value types, write bodies and authentication stay bounded.
