Additively incorporate exact upstream 36d3f8c557 while retaining all accepted local commits and proposal 31eccb559e. Resolve the single adjacent insertion conflict by retaining both reviewed observation-gap interruption and upstream metric tag cleanup. Preserve upstream shared guest and disk-type threshold judgement, phone drawer sizing, future Patrol timing and POST-only Assistant mutations. Exact final validation and outstanding browser/security dispositions remain required before advancing publication.
