rcourtman 2aa43058b7 fix(alerts): send only the fields the Patrol run endpoint accepts ...

3f4595386 removed the context field from manualScopedPatrolRequest and
enabled DisallowUnknownFields on the run body, but the alert
"Have Patrol investigate" button still sent context, so every click
returned 400 invalid_patrol_scope (reported on the #1601 rc.9 retest).
Drop the field from the call site and from PatrolRunScope; the backend
already derives the scoped run's context from alert_type.
