- Add RELEASE_GUIDE.md with develop/main branch strategy documentation
- Add automatic Docker multi-arch builds to RC workflow
- Include both versioned and :rc rolling tags for Docker images
- Update documentation to reflect automatic RC releases from develop
- Add merge-to-main process documentation

Docker builds now include:
- linux/amd64 and linux/arm64 platforms
- Automatic tagging with RC version
- Rolling :rc tag for latest release candidate
