A corrected unknown, incomplete or removed version field currently retains old exact-version affects labels beside needs-version-info. Reconcile those synchronizer-owned assertions with the live bug report, preserving Community labels and the pre-write state fence. Verify corrected fields, delayed events, removals-only writes and no-op/non-bug controls without public contact.
